We provide a full range of client services through a multidisciplinary team. Examples of our position categories include:
Residential Advocates: Residential Advocates facilitate services for our clients at each of our residential service sites. Residential Advocates are the face of Transition Projects for most of our client population. We continually seek RESIDENTIAL ADVOCATES, most often for on-call work initially.
Client Services and Hygiene Services Specialists: Engage potential clients, connect them to services, and provide basic non-resident hygiene services. Engage with clients in our day center, provide initial orientation to available services, and connect them to other Transition Projects staff and services as well as to partnered or outside agencies. Provide basic non-residential services such as showers, laundry, and clothing room access.
Case Managers: Assist clients with housing placement and stability, engagement, and socialization within the community. Case management encompasses three areas of client service: access, housing, and retention. Duties may take place at any service site, and in the community at large.
Mental Health Specialists: Provide both mental health assessments and counseling as well as substance abuse interventions for resident and non-resident clients. Requires master’s degree in psychology, social work, or equivalent, and training/experience in addictions treatment (Oregon CADC preferred).
Resource Coordinators: Coordinate purchases and in-kind donations, maintain inventories, pick up, warehouse, and deliver goods.
Custodians: Perform general housekeeping and maintenance coordination in each of our facilities.
Management and Administrative Positions: Program and Service Center Management; Development; Financial Services (includes billing, accounting, and payroll); Information Services; Human Resources; Volunteer Coordination.
