Resource Access Center News
The Resource Access Center broke ground in November 2009. Providing a replacement shelter for the 90-bed Glisan Center, a new service center that will provide basic services to Portland's homeless, and housing, the center will be a landmark project for homeless services.
This project is a joint effort of Transition Projects, the Housing Authority of Portland and the City of Portland.
