If You Need Help

Transition Projects provides services to help people end their homelessness and support people to maintain their housing. Our services include:

  • Information and referral
  • Shelter waiting list
  • Warming center access (Seasonal, November - March)
  • Food box vouchers
  • Clothing  
  • Showers
  • Hygiene kits
  • Laundry vouchers
  • Laundry detergent
  • Identification and birth certificate assistance
  • TriMet tickets
  • Telephone & message service
  • Mailing address
  • Notary
  • Housing search assistance
  • Eviction prevention and move-in assistance
