Join us for the 2023 IMPACT Gala, on Saturday, April 8, 2023, an in-person (and virtual) celebration showcasing the impact of community support for people experiencing homelessness as they have made their way home for more than five decades. The event connects Transition Projects’ board members, community supporters and leaders, businesses, and corporations – who will all come together to enjoy this outstanding evening. We’ll also be welcoming Transition Projects’ new CEO and President Joy M. Jones to her first IMPACT Gala.

The evening theme – Housed. Now What? – will show the impact of our team's work as they guide and support our vulnerable neighbors who are now in permanent housing and embracing life by regaining stability, health & wellness, employment, and flourishing as they integrate into their community. Because everyone deserves a roof over their head! As we celebrate this important work, we will be focusing on stories of success marking these journeys of transition from homelessness to housing. Please consider supporting the event and honoring the critically important programs provided by Transition Projects.

This year’s event at the Portland Art Museum will include a 3-course dinner created by Art of Catering and complimented by Oregon wines; an exciting auction offering the best in travel, culinary and regional experiences, exciting entertainment, and much more. To top off the evening you will hear the inspiring voices of those who have successfully moved from homelessness to housing and are moving forward with their lives. We are thrilled to come together for the first time in three years and look forward to seeing you!

About | Transition Projects

Transition Projects exists to help those experiencing homelessness transition successfully into housing. With 53 years of experience providing shelter, housing, and supportive services for very low-income people, the agency is recognized for its work with veterans, women, people who are disabled, and other highly vulnerable groups. The agency operates out of 14 locations throughout the Portland Metro area. These facilities enable our team of over 330 staff to assist nearly 10,000 people each year through programs designed to help people experiencing homelessness survive the streets, meet their basic needs, find permanent housing, and retain their housing.

Committed to your health and safety Transition Projects is offering a virtual option.
