Your gift impacts lives and makes a difference.

A gift to Transition Projects supports our mission every day as we help people experiencing homelessness transition to housing.

Please consider joining the Lulay Giving Society today! Named after our visionary founder, Gil Lulay, this giving program invites donors to become sustaining partners in our work, ensuring that we can continue to meet the needs of people experiencing homelessness in our community.
