We are Transition Projects

Transition Projects provides individuals with the services, resources and tools they need to end their homelessness, secure housing, and maintain that housing.

Each year, we assist more than 10,000 people experiencing homelessness.
On any given day, we help meet the basic needs of more than 300 people through our Resource Center.
On any given night, we provide a safe place to sleep for 700 people with nowhere else to turn.
Last year, we helped place nearly 900 people into affordable housing and supported them in retaining that housing.
