The Resource Center helps connect people to a wide range of resources and services daily.

Transition Projects’ Resource Center allows individuals experiencing homelessness to access support services and connects individuals to our programming.

Periodic Closures

On the 1st Thursday and 3rd Tuesday of the month, the Resource Center will close from 12:00 – 4:00 PM, and mail services will conclude at 12:00 PM.

Bathroom
Restrooms & Showers

Hygiene services are available daily from 8 AM - 2:45 PM. Slots are 15 minutes* and the last slot is 2:05 PM. Towels, soap & shampoo provided.

*Slots are shorter due to COVID-19.

Laundry services are provided free-of-charge on a first-come, first served basis during normal operating hours.

Mail Sort
Mail Service

Mail can be retrieved: Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 9:20 AM & 12:30 – 3:50 PM; Saturday from 1:00 – 2:50 PM.

*All mail should be sent to 650 NW Irving Street to the attention of the recipient.

Our staff are able to help refer clients to open shelter beds. Visit us to learn more.

Information on nutrition resources can be obtained at our Resource Center. Simply visit our Front Desk.

Locker

Lockers are available for individuals to use to store valuables in a safe and secure location.

ID & Birth Certificate Support

We help cover the cost of replacing a birth certificate, and provide a Declaration of Homelessness needed to apply for a free ID Card (NO Drives Licenses) from the DMV.
