Transition Projects Welcomes New Board Members

The Transition Projects Board of Directors — focused on high-level strategy, oversight, and accountability — is pleased to welcome three new members. We invite you to learn more about each person and join us in welcoming them to the team!

Ms. Eckstein has an extensive background in crisis intervention, program development/strategy and hospital operations. Her experience spans across the behavioral health care system. Ms. Eckstein has over 35 years in service to the BH field with 22 of those years being clinical, hands-on experience and over 20 years in senior executive leadership. She has also been a field practicum instructor for MSW students, provided LCSW clinical supervision and taught agency- based behavioral health courses.

Mara is an experienced business leader, and she is no stranger to the insurance and healthcare industries. With over a decade of expertise in management and executive roles in the medical professional liability industry, she has worked extensively with providers, clinics, and hospitals in patient-centered operational elements of healthcare delivery. Drawing on her leadership in healthcare, Mara now focuses on operational initiatives which include launching Moda’s clinical footprint. 

Kate Robinson is a real estate and business attorney with Holland & Knight's. Ms. Robinson counsels clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, focusing on the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of multifamily, mixed-use and commercial properties. In addition, Ms. Robinson has experience with a broad range of commercial finance transactions and with business clients on a variety of corporate law matters
