With more than 30 years of experience—including extensive work on all types of affordable housing, Ed has contributed to over 500 projects and brings deep knowledge of cost-effective housing delivery, complex funding environments, and collaborative project leadership. His commitment to teamwork and mission-driven development aligns closely with Transition Projects’ mission to help people transition from homelessness to housing.
Anne Turchi brings 20+ years of leadership across nonprofit, education and corporate sectors. She began serving homeless youth in New Mexico, spent 17 years with the YMCA, and later served as faculty and director at Marylhurst University’s School of Business. She is director of organizational effectiveness and transformation at Columbia Sportswear and holds an MBA from the University of Washington.
Mark Wonser is a Portland-born investor, timberland owner, and author. After a successful career as a derivatives trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, he retired at 36 and founded Wonser Woods, LLC, a 622-acre tree farm in Estacada, Oregon. He earned a Master’s in Theology and chronicled his spiritual journey in My Eye: A Vision of Christ. Today, he manages his estate while advocating for the homeless and serving his community.
