Transition Projects shelters serve adults 18+ who are currently experiencing homelessness in Multnomah County.

Completing this form does not guarantee you a shelter bed now or in the future, and we cannot make same-day placements.

Reinstatements are held Every Wednesday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. by coming to the Doreen’s Place entrance located at 610 NW Broadway St. Portland, OR 97209

REQUIREMENTS:

• Abstinence from alcohol and drugs is expected of residents. Testing is required.

• You must engage with case management to work towards a personalized housing plan.
