Sometimes when one door closes, another opens. That was the case for Phillip, a participant at Transition Projects River District Navigation Center (RDNC). Once an artist and chef, Phillip found himself without a place to call home. His brother connected him with the RDNC shelter and Phillip had enough stability to begin working on his next steps.
